Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items in original, unused condition and original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns. Items returned because they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect are not subject to the restocking fee, and we cover return shipping in those cases. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we tell you otherwise.

Non-Returnable Items

• NFA items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles/shotguns, machine guns) once the ATF transfer to you is complete.
• Ammunition, primers, and reloading components, for safety reasons.
• Firearms that have been fired or transferred to you, except where required by law or in the case of a manufacturer defect.

Cancellations

In-stock orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship. Custom or special-order items (including custom Kydex builds and special-order firearms) may not be cancelable once production or ordering has started. NFA item orders cannot be canceled or refunded once we have filed your ATF transfer application (Form 4 or equivalent) — the transfer fee is a non-refundable government fee and the item is legally encumbered at that point.
