These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of warquail.com and any purchase you make from War Quail LLC ("War Quail," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us, and at least 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition or any item classified as a handgun. You must not be prohibited by federal, state, or local law from purchasing, possessing, or receiving the items you order. We reserve the right to refuse any sale.
Firearms & NFA Sales
All firearm sales are subject to a completed ATF Form 4473 and background check, and firearms ship only to a licensed FFL dealer for in-person transfer, never directly to a residential address. NFA items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles/shotguns, machine guns) require an approved ATF transfer (Form 4 or equivalent) before the item leaves our possession. Some products cannot be sold or shipped to certain states; see our Shipping Restrictions by State page. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the firearms and ammunition laws that apply where you live.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods presented at checkout. If a listed price is a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your payment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, War Quail LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
